What you’ll do
- Project Planning & Execution: Define clear objectives, scopes, and key deliverables. Contribute to project roadmaps, timelines, and support effective resource and budget allocation.
- Team Leadership: Direct project teams, establish responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide constructive guidance to cultivate a collaborative workspace while resolving issues effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating transparent communication across all project phases.
- Risk Mitigation: Help identify potential project risks early and support the implementation of mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Management: Help ensure deliverables align with established quality standards through continuous assessments, audits, and process improvements.
- Project Delivery & Closure: Support the completion of projects, including contract wrap-up, lessons-learned documentation, and final reporting.
- Client Collaboration:



Liaise with technical teams to align on customer requirements and help identify new commercial opportunities.

What you’ll need
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Project Management Experience: Previous experience (or strong exposure) to project management in an IT environment, ideally within SaaS companies or system integrators; familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Consulting Mindset: Prior experience in a consulting or customer-facing role, preferably within the software industry, is an advantage.
- International Exposure: Interest in or experience with managing cross-functional, international projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with customers and internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Client Engagement: Willingness to develop skills in gathering customer requirements, managing product backlogs, estimating
