Training Content Creator (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid,



with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI)

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Training Manager to identify training priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Gather feedback from the field, retail teams, and key stakeholders to understand emerging market needs and learning opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, guides, toolkits, and digital resources.
- Review, update, and enhance existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards and brand values.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using modern instructional design methodologies.
- Collaborate with Brand, Retail, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure training materials reflect new collections, products, services, and business initiatives.
