Your Role As an M&A; Analyst Intern
As an M&A; Analyst Intern, you will join the deal execution team and work directly alongside senior bankers and analysts on active transactions and strategic advisory assignments. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of M&A; processes — from initial client discussions and strategic analysis through execution and closing — within an entrepreneurial platform where responsibility is given early.
You will be expected to contribute from day one through rigorous analysis, high attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
