Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company positively and professionally
- Drive market share growth and increase market presence
- Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives
- Accountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance)
- Assist physicians with Operating Room procedures when required
- Ensure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members
- Provide strategic and project-based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers)
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies
- Analyze and oversee sales and commercial budgetsEnsure incentive plan parameters are met
- Implement effective customer segmentation
- Support product launches and customer onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute congress participation and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University degree (preferably in a scientific field) or medical/commercial training
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Peripheral Vascular field in a similar position
- Sound business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Goal- and performance-oriented working style
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and a strong team player
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationally
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: €45,000–€58,000 annually.
Location
Primary work location: ITA Milano – Via Enrico Cialdini.
Additional area of responsibility: Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Emilia Romagna. The selected candidate would preferably reside in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
