We are looking for a Business Platform Analyst to join our Sales Excellence team at Costa’s Headquarters in Genoa, Italy.
In this role, you will help shape the future of Costa's commercial platforms, acting as the bridge between international markets, commercial stakeholders, IT teams and external partners. You will support the evolution of strategic platforms such as Costa Extra, Web Affiliation solutions, and the future Common Reservation System,
ensuring they effectively support business growth and deliver value to our trade partners.
This is a unique opportunity for a digitally curious and business-oriented professional who enjoys working with both people and technology. You will gain exposure to international markets, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to major digital transformation initiatives within Costa's global commercial organization.
Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement
You will work closely with Sales Managers, Trade Marketing teams, Contact Center representatives, and stakeholders across multiple international markets to collect, understand, and prioritize business needs. Acting as a trusted partner, you will identify opportunities for platform improvement and help transform market requirements into actionable solutions.
