In 2026 KIREAP Italy will conduct a pilot until mid-year and subsequently secures and delivers on commercial contracts.
The aim is to successfully complete the pilot and secure/deliver on follow up commercial contracts. Be the business lead for the successful completion of the pilot project,

Ensure transparent, compliant and efficient JV operations on behalf of KIREAP on the ground in Italy, and be the bridge to the Headquarters

Commercial leadership track record
Graduate / Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably from Premier Institute.

The role includes a fixed salary for the initial six months of the pilot, with a significant success-based component tied to securing follow-up commercial contracts. As KIREAP is planning to setup a standalone entity in Italy for offerings outside of the insurance industry, such as Agriculture Supply Chain Optimization, the candidate will be given the opportunity to become the Managing Director, depending on performance.
