The PPL reports to the Director of VCM Project Management and works in close partnership with peer PPLs and project sponsors. The role will be located (onsite/hybrid) at one of several SC hub locations. Key Responsibilities Lead a diverse team of Project Managers and Contract Project Managers in the delivery of a portfolio of projects, including product transfers, risk mitigation, supplier qualifications,



and portfolio optimization. Mature project execution capabilities through business process ownership. Collaborate closely across cross‐functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of project objectives. Apply advanced project‐management methodologies (FPX preferred) to guide execution and continuous improvement. Analyze project data and metrics to drive decision‐making and outcomes. Influence across the organization and communicate effectively across all levels. Effectively coach, give feedback, and provide professional development to both contracted and internal project managers. Maintain agency relationships to efficiently recruit, contract manage, and onboard staff. Provide effective resource management for external and/or internal reports.
