We are recruiting Doctoral Researcher 10 / Doctoral Candidate 10 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata within the EU‑funded MSCA Doctoral Network INTRABRAIN.
The position will be based in the Tor Vergata Medical Physics group, led by Prof. Nicola Toschi.
This project focuses on the preclinical development and validation of an innovative nanomedicine‑based therapeutic strategy for glioblastoma, including nanoparticle‑encapsulated recombinant adenoviral vectors, intranasal delivery, advanced MRI and focused ultrasound approaches to improve delivery across the blood‑brain and blood‑tumour barriers.
We are looking for candidates with a background in biotechnology, biology, neuroscience, biomedical sciences, pharmacology,
biomedical engineering or related fields. Experience in cell culture, molecular/cellular biology, preclinical models, viral vectors, nanoparticles, neuro‑oncology or therapeutic ultrasound will be highly valued.
