About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Manager – South East Europe (SEE) to lead the commercial expansion of a fast-growing company in the biologicals and biostimulants segment.

This is a strategic opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial professional who will be responsible for developing the business through distributors, opening new markets and building long-term commercial partnerships across the region.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop the commercial business for biologicals and biostimulants across SEE;
- Identify, open and develop new distributors across the region;
- Build and manage long-term relationships with distributors and key customers;
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans;
- Identify new markets, business opportunities and customer segments;
- Manage sales targets, forecasts and commercial performance;
- Conduct market and competitive analysis;
- Work closely with Marketing,



Regulatory and Technical teams;
- Provide market intelligence and insights to the global organization;
- Travel extensively across the region;
- Build and develop a regional commercial team as the business grows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the agricultural inputs industry;
- Strong previous experience in biologicals and/or biostimulants;
- Proven commercial experience in South East Europe;
- Experience working across multiple countries and with distributor networks;
- Strong knowledge of agricultural markets and distribution channels;
- Experience with sales and marketing, with exposure to regulatory processes;
- Professional working proficiency in English;
- Turkish and/or other SEE languages will be considered a strong advantage;
