YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer with strong problem-solving
skills and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for
maintaining and repairing Technogym equipment, ensuring every customer receives
reliable, high-quality service and a seamless experience.
YOUR IMPACT
* Execute effective root cause analysis of product issues, identifying proper
parts and determining suitable solutions
* Perform on-site jobs in line with customer SLAs
* Achieve field performance targets (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)
* Manage stock of parts and maintain accurate inventory records
* Educate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
* Properly manage work orders and service reports in accordance with company
procedures
