Job Purpose
Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of B2C digital channel initiatives by coordinating business, IT, digital teams, and external partners, translating business objectives into structured delivery plans, and ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, budget, technical solutions, governance, and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2C digital channel initiatives, from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and post-release stabilization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Digital, Business, and external vendors to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality execution.
Translate business requirements and priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and technical workstreams.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions across multiple B2C digital channels.
Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, quality standards, and release readiness,



ensuring transparency towards stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, technology partners, and delivery teams, ensuring accountability on commitments and deliverables.
Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with company standards related to security, architecture, procurement, and delivery methodology.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working.
Qualifications
Solid experience in project management, delivery management and digital/technology delivery roles, as Scrum Master is a must have.
Advanced expertise in Jira, including:
- Creation and administration of Jira projects.
- Configuration of boards, issue types, screens, fields, and permissions.
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs through Jira dashboards and reporting.
- Administration of project settings and support for Jira governance.
