We are seeking a medical device and therapy awareness representative on our European team to help heart‐failure patients in the region. How You'll Add Value * Support physicians and nurses during implant procedures, follow‐ups and troubleshooting at clinical sites * Work closely with the Sales Team and the Field Clinical Engineer organization * Responsible for supporting all field‐based activities at clinical sites * Assist other personnel in improving understanding of product behaviour, performance and acceptance by customers * Communicate activities and issues at clinical sites with other company personnel * Fulfil all administrative requirements including the collection of relevant technical data and completion of necessary documentation * Assist the responsible Territory Managers with implementation of in‐house trainings * Support the Sales & Marketing organisation in the implementation of customer trainings and other professional medical education events * Support the sales process in alignment with Territory Managers * Support the company clinical research as directed by the Medical Director * Maintain administrative data as per company procedures * Comply with quality and compliance standards as per company procedures * Manage the Company inventory at home deposition What You're Bringing with You * Bachelor's degree or alternative medical training required.
