The role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong safety culture and zero-incident performance. General Description of Role and Responsibilities: HSE Management System Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS guidelines.



Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local/international regulations. Integrate HSE considerations into EPCIC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning). Risk & Hazard Management Lead Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments. Establish and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems, confined space entry, hot work, and lifting operations controls. Coordinate SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) risk assessments for offshore activities. Incident Prevention & Response Develop emergency response plans for onshore yards and offshore sites. Lead accident/incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain records of all incidents, near misses, and corrective measures.
