This includes ensuring that production systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with environmental and regulatory standards. The role spans from conceptual and front-end design through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations support. General Description of Role and Responsibilities [ but not limited to ]: Design & Engineering Develop and review process design deliverables, including: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;)



Heat & Material Balances (HMBs) Process data sheets for equipment and instruments Perform process simulations using tools like Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or PRO/II. Size and specify process equipment such as separators, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and columns. Ensure designs comply with project specifications, international standards (API, ASME, ISO), and regulatory requirements. Project Development Contribute to conceptual studies, FEED (Front End Engineering Design), and detailed design. Participate in design reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA). Support preparation of technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews. Interface with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, instrumentation, piping) and project stakeholders. Commissioning & Operations Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities by developing operating manuals and procedures. Conduct performance testing and plant start-up
