* Creating offers for follow-up service contracts for existing Wind Farms
* Negotiation and drafting of service contracts for the region South Europe
(Spain Portugal, Italy, Greece), from the offer phase to the contract
signature
* Negotiation and drafting of contract variations (Amendments / Novations)



for
the region South Europe (Spain Portugal, Italy, Greece), from the offer phase
to the contract signature
* Negotiation of frame agreements with utilities and other international big
players in the renewable field
* Supporting Sales Department during negotiation of new service contracts as
well as during frame contract negotiation for existing or new customers
* Response to international tenders for the service topics involving one of the
countries belonging to South Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece)
* Commercial check of availability calculations for the region (task shared
among all contract managers)
* Contractual check for the exchange of main components activities in the
region (task shared among all contract managers)
* Handling of claims from and to the customers in cooperation with the After
Sales Managers
* Service products presentations for customers
* Support and trainings
