Responsibilities * Lead the end‐to‐end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices. * Act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision‐making. * Own pre‐sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations. * Manage and facilitate client workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures. * Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‐time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. * Ensure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases. Qualifications * 8–10+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a proven track record of leading complex projects. * Strong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting)



with multiple end‐to‐end implementations delivered. * Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently. * Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. * High level of autonomy and accountability, including ownership of deliverables and client relationships. * Excellent communication and presentation skills (Italian + English), both written and spoken. * Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team. * Availability to travel based on project needs. * Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models. * Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments. * Solid analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and problem‐solving orientation. * Experience with Agile methodologies
