What will you be doing? * Manage the commissioning process for high-voltage (HV) solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and industry best practices. * Conduct system testing, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting to confirm operational readiness. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to coordinate commissioning schedules and activities. * Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures,



and documentation to ensure project milestones are met. * Oversee site inspections, ensuring all technical specifications, safety, and environmental standards are upheld. * Provide technical leadership in resolving commissioning-related challenges and ensure seamless handover to operations teams. * Engage with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
