WHO WE LOOK FOR ?

We are looking for a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, who will join our Performance Marketing team.

As a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns within Flipp’s Private Shopper Network and across external platforms. You will ensure campaigns launch with technical precision, monitor external spend daily to prevent pacing issues, and proactively troubleshoot attribution or tracking discrepancies.

To support close collaboration with our Canada-based team & clients operating mostly in Eastern Standard Time,



this role will operate on a set schedule of 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Italy local time). We encourage applicants to carefully consider this time alignment as part of their decision to apply. Additionally, please submit your application materials in English.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

Campaign Management and Execution
- Set up, launch, and manage digital media campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning with business objectives and KPIs.
- Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance, accurate implementation, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, and internal sales to communicate campaign performance and drive results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal achievement.
- Effectively manage and track client budgets to ensure campaigns achieve target outcomes.
