YOUR CHALLENGES

You are responsible for coordinating education and training for both new and
existing employees. In addition, you guarantee the quality and safety of all
activities in the warehouses for the agevolazioni of the customer. You do this by
creating clarity about the expectations and actions for the operators and
ensuring their competencies and skills.

What does this mean specifically:

* In the first place, you provide training for operators, assistant foremen and
foremen
In addition, you are also active in the workplace
* Updating and maintaining work instructions for all activities in the
warehouse is done meticulously
* You will administratively process all training courses given and further map
out the training needs
* Checking the work on the shop floor to guarantee the competence of the
operators is also part of your job
* As a 5S ambassador on the floor,



you transfer this ideology to the people
* You report to the Warehouse Manager

YOUR TALENTS

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Sense of responsibility, both in terms of quality and safety
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development,
logistics or warehouse operations
* English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Experience in managing training records, reporting and administrative
processes
* Preferably knowledge of logistics processes
* Constructive in formulating problems and solutions
* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work effectively with both operational teams and management
* Availability to join the organization by end of the year (October 2026)
