About the role

Reporting into the Director of Rooms, the Spa Manager will lead the day-to-day
operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional
guest experiences, operational excellence, and the highest standards of luxury
service. The Spa Manager will be responsible for driving revenue performance,
developing the spa team, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment that
reflects the Four Seasons commitment to quality and personalization.
