About the role

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an
exceptional Pool & Bar experience while ensuring attentive, personalized, and
efficient service to our Guests. Your role will include welcoming Guests at the
pool area, describing food and beverage offerings with engaging and vivid
details, taking and processing orders, coordinating service timing, and
anticipating Guest needs. You will ensure that poolside areas are impeccably
maintained, Guest checks are accurately closed, and every interaction reflects a
refined, relaxed, and distinctive luxury experience.
