Your Mission
We are looking for a Business & Recruitment Consultant to join our international team and support the development of the Italian market.
This role combines both commercial development and recruitment consultancy responsibilities. You will actively contribute to expanding Luxe Talent's presence in Italy by building strong relationships with brands while also managing recruitment projects for key clients within the fashion,



luxury and retail sectors.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in both business development and recruitment, who enjoys working in an international, dynamic and people-oriented environment.
What You Will Do
Business Development
Identify and approach fashion, luxury and premium brands within the Italian market
Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships
Manage relationships with HR Directors, Retail Directors and CEOs
Promote Luxe Talent's recruitment and training services
Participate in commercial meetings, negotiations and market development strategies
Recruitment & Talent Consultancy
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in Italy
Source, assess and interview specialised candidates within fashion, luxury and retail
Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throu
