Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone
- Assist customers with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in our systems
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience




- Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle
