JOB SUMMARY:

This position will manage the performance of all IT equipment such as computers,
network devices, servers, printers, and phones. The IT Engineer is the primary
technical contact for our employees and insures that service delivery aligns
with Supermicro's standards. This individual will have an in-depth knowledge of
the IT environment, and business requirements, with the desired goal of reducing
the amount of reactive support required. Customer satisfaction and fast




resolution time are the primary objectives of the IT Engineer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide First-Level Support
Deliver timely first-level technical assistance to end users through phone,
email, messaging platforms, or the ticketing system.
2. Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues,
ensuring minimal disruption to user operations.
3. User Account & Access Management
Assist with user account setup, access provisioning, password resets, and
basic system configuration to support smooth onboarding and daily
operations.
4. IT Equipment Setup & Maintenance
Support the installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of IT
equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other
peripherals.
5. Issue Escalation
Escalate more complex or unresolved incidents to senior engineers,
specialized teams, or external vendors as appr
