Role Overview
As part of O’Tacos’ direct expansion plan,
the Area Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing portfolio of company-owned restaurants, ensuring full alignment with operational, financial, and quality standards.
The role currently covers 5 restaurants, with a planned doubling of the network over the course of the year.
Within this growth context, the Area Supervisor will drive operational consistency, business performance, and team development, while fostering a high-quality and consistent customer experience—enhancing service standards, customer connection, and brand perception—and progressively gaining exposure to network expansion and franchising development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-on operational presence
Ensure a consistent on-the-ground presence across existing restaurants in Milan Metropolitan area
Support teams in the daily execution of operations
Monitor the implementation of operational and financial procedures
Conduct regular audits and spot checks (inventory, labour cost, margins, compliance)
