What you'll do

ClarOps is the team that makes Clara run. We build and operate the internal
systems and services that power the day-to-day of the business. A big part of
the road ahead is building the integration platform that lets the rest of the
Clara ecosystem plug into this backend, including the new wave of tools other
teams are building on top of AI. The roadmap is one of the most interesting at
the company: re-architecting how Clara runs around AI, with deep
cross-functional reach and real leverage on how we scale.

We're looking for a Tech Lead to be the senior technical voice for a
multidisciplinary team within ClarOps: backend and frontend engineers working
together on the same problems. You'll shape technical direction across the
stack, set the quality standards the team works toward, and stay deep in the
