- Complete a 10‐month SAP Academy program, building foundational skills for a customer‐facing role.
- Participate in experiential learning with global colleagues and acquire business, industry, and solution skills.
- Receive on‐the‐job training and mentorship from a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers on real‐world projects.
- After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions, deliver high‐impact software demonstrations, and support demand generation and deal execution, including responding to requests for proposals.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
- Hands‐on experience with relevant technologies and industry‐standard tools supporting solution delivery.
- Customer‐facing skills and a cooperative, productive approach to working relationships.
- Strong ability to learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments,
and apply knowledge to deliver results.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, and the ability to identify AI‐solvable business problems.
- Demonstrated business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in English.
- Curiosity, agility, and resilience in a fast‐paced environment.
- Problem‐solving, project‐management, and creative‐thinking skills.

CompensationTarget annualized range: €45,000 – €80,000. Actual offer depends on education, skills, experience, and role scope, and includes base salary and variable incentive targets.
