We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of SaaS-and Custom e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex e-commerce projects, collaborating across teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities & Duties * Lead and manage e-commerce SaaS projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving project needs. * Ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives, timelines,



and requirements among all stakeholders. * Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes, using data to drive decision-making and problem-solving. * Manage vendor relationships, third-party integrations, and any additional resources needed to deliver e-commerce solutions. * Facilitate post-project evaluations, documenting key insights to improve future project processes and performance. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. * 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments. * Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana). * Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based architecture, and best practices in e-commerce. * Proficiency in data analysis,
