About the RoleWe are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams supporting global brands. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines




- Collaborate with team members to solve customer concerns
- Keep accurate notes of customer interactions

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B1+)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
