The candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering integrated communication projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and the strategic use of AI tools to optimize processes. Role and Responsibilities * Client Service Excellence: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality responses. Act as a trusted consultant to anticipate partner needs. * AI-Driven Brief Analysis: Collaborate with management to explore client requests, utilizing generative AI tools and data analysis for a deeper understanding of market trends and expectations. * AI-Enhanced Talent Selection: Utilize AI tools and data analysis for influencer scouting, evaluating follower authenticity, content quality, and strategic affinity based on real metrics. * Integrated Project Management: Oversee projects through all agency phases, ensuring development, delivery, and final evaluation while working in synergy with creative and digital departments. * Content & Community Oversight:



Supervise the development of editorial plans (PED) and community management, integrating automation and AI solutions to optimize engagement and responsiveness. * Administrative & Tech Diligence: Precisely manage quotes, timelines, and reporting, integrating AI tools for administrative automation and performance monitoring (including social KPIs and ROI tracking).
