Position Overview:

As part of the Microsoft Back End team, you will be responsible for the design,
configuration, and continuous evolution of CRM solutions based on Microsoft
Dynamics 365, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service processes. You will
collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams,
translating business needs into scalable and high-quality digital solutions,
contributing to process digitalization, system integration, and the continuous
optimization of the digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics
365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
* Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and key
stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical
