Responsibilities

* Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across
Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while maintaining flexibility to support broader
EMEA countries.
* Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer-focused, responsive, and
professional manner.
* Manage end-to-end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle,
including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits
administration, payroll-related processes, and offboarding activities.




* Maintain, update, and audit employee data within the HR Information System
(HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
* Support HR operations by preparing and maintaining required documentation,
reports, records, and employee correspondence.
* Apply in-depth knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory
requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR processes.
* Ensure adherence to local legal requirements and relevant international
regulations across supported countries.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, recommend enhancements, and
support system optimization initiatives that enable business growth and
scalability.
* Coordinate and monitor immigration-related processes, ensuring compliance and
timely completion of required documentation.
