Position: Laboratory Account Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager - ltaly

Location: Lazio e Umbria

Group/Division Summary: SDG/IDD Italy

Position Summary: The candidate is part of the Italian IDD commercial
organization,



leading the transformation of divisional strategy into regionally
effective operational project’s and achieving growth objectives by implementing
plans to increase market share both in Allergy and Autoimmunity.

Responsibilities:

* Achieve revenue targets, growing by acquisition of new customers and
expansion of the existing ones.

* Support the commercial organization to define and execute strategy across
Allergy and Autoimmunity segments-provide assessment and analytics for
insight and information to make decisions about products roadmap, content
strategy, execution focus, etc.

* Accurately forecast and consistently report on promotion activities and leads
generation.

* Ensure and deliver customer value/satisfaction by customer’s expectations
alignment.

* Build and maintain relationship with KOLs, decision makers and payers.

* Identify stakeholders and builds network and relationship.
