Role Overview We are looking for a CFO to lead our financial function as we scale. This role is critical in ensuring financial rigor, operational efficiency, and strategic support, particularly as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Build and scale a robust finance function to support company growth
Oversee cash flow management and financial performance monitoring
Support and lead fundraising activities (investor relations, data room, financial storytelling)
Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team and board
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
Partner with leadership on scaling decisions,



hiring plans, and cost management
Skills Required Proven experience in a senior finance role
Experience in high-growth or scaling companies (startup/scale-up environment preferred)
Strong experience supporting or leading fundraising rounds
Solid understanding of financial modeling and key performance SaaS metrics
Background in fintech or technology companies is a plus
