We are looking for a bright and motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human
Resources team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical and in-depth
experience in all aspects of the HR function within a high-level industrial
context. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and able to
support the HR team in daily activities and strategic projects.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The intern will support the HR team in the following areas:

Recruiting & Selection:

* Support in publishing job advertisements on various platforms.

* CV screening and application management.





* Organization and scheduling of interviews.

* Support in onboarding activities for new hires.

* Use of SAP for creating purchase orders related to HR services and collecting
documentation for vendors master data creation within the system.

Personnel Administration:

* Support in managing personnel-related documentation (contracts, hirings,
terminations, variations).

* Updating and maintaining HR databases and personal files.

* Support in preparing HR reports and statistics.

Training & Development:

* Support in organizing internal and external training courses.

* Monitoring attendance and managing all training “logistics”.

* Contribution to the creation of training materials.

Internal Communication, People Development & Employer Branding:

* Support in drafting internal communications.

* Contribution to initiatives aimed at promoting corporate culture, people
pevelopment, and employer branding.
