The role supports Group-level Total Reward initiatives within an international environment characterized by a high level of organizational complexity. It requires a solid background in Reward, together with an interest in contributing to the ongoing evolution of the function within a structured organization. Key Responsibilities Group broad-based share ownership plan and equity plans administration Group Well-being Framework-related initiatives Group Gender Balance & Pay Equity activities, including tool updates, data analysis, public disclosure, sustainability and investor reporting CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requirements at Group level,
