Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our telesales team for the Italian market. This role entails engaging with customers, presenting subscription packages, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent relationships.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 760.00/month gross.
- Christmas Allowance: 63.33/month gross.
- Meal Allowance: 154.00/month (tax-free, provided via a meal card).
- Total Gross Monthly Compensation:
- With Company Apartment: 1,040.66.
- Without Company Apartment: 1,240.66 (additional 200 for the housing agevolazioni-in-kind).

Note: Income tax and social security will be deducted based on Portuguese law.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Italian-speaking customers to understand their needs through inbound calls.
- Present and sell subscription offers,



including upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle inquiries about products and services while building rapport with customers.
- Resolve complaints or doubts and deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable with telesales and handling objections.
- Proactive personality with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic, target-driven workspace.
