We are seeking a Senior Customer Application Engineer to join our team in
Calderara di Reno (BO).

MISSION

Ensure technical support to Sales function in technical pre-sales and post-sales
activities, evaluating and selecting the best technical solutions that meets
customer needs, managing the whole life-cycle of the customized drive solutions,
from the design to testing and post sales customer technical services related to
repair activities.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Product Development Strategy





* Contributes to the development of local business by analyzing the market
needs and ensuring the identification of the best technical solutions to meet
the customer needs, according to a framework of guidelines, processes and
procedures set by HQ

Pre-sales technical support

* Provides support to Sales in analyzing Customer requests during the pre-order
phase and propose the most suitable products configuration according to
technical needs and in line with group strategies

Application Engineering

* Manage the whole life-cycle of the customized drive solutions trough the
validation of technical and economics feasibility analysis , and products’
technical documents (technical Drawings, Bills of Material,…)
* Ensures proper accountability over pull project (“client-driven”) management
and execution of special products/solutions working closely with HQ (R&D; and
BU Project Office & Product Launch) in the elaboration of technical
