As Manager, Business Solutions & Operational Technology, you will serve as a trusted partner to Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Logistics, and other operational teams, leading a group of multi-site business analysts and technical professionals responsible for delivering solutions to enable data driven decisions and capabilities that drive business results. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing operations, engineering, or operational excellence who enjoys building strong partnerships, managing a portfolio of projects, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and translating business challenges into practical solutions.
