Reporting to the Director, Parks Maintenance and Forestry, this role is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the delivery of City initiated Capital Parks and Recreation Projects, Asset Repair and Replacement and Parkland Construction; oversees the preparation and administration of the annual Capital Design and Construction Capital and Operating Budget; responsible to ensure that Capital Projects are aligned with the City’s Strategic Plan and Business Plans.
