Performs routine maintenance, repair, and installation work on facility systems, equipment, and grounds to support safe and efficient operations. This position assists with electrical, plumbing,



mechanical, hydraulic, and general maintenance activities throughout the facility. This position works independently and with other team members to troubleshoot issues, complete preventative maintenance tasks, and support continuous facility operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general maintenance and repair of facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and facility systems.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with installation, modification, and repair of facility equipment and systems.
- Repair and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Assist with hazardous waste handling and disposal.
