For the IMA BFB Division, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER - End-of-Line
Automation.
IMA BFB designs and manufactures secondary end-of-line packaging machines and
complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries.
JOB SUMMARY
* Manage projects in accordance with customer requirements, planning
activities, timelines, and costs in detail.
* Collaborate with the relevant Sales Manager/Product Manager on any necessary
revisions to orders and contractual terms.
* Prepare and share with the project team the technical specifications (MIP)
and ensure the distribution of all documents valid at the time of order entry
(e.g., URS, Deviation List).
* Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart) together with Logistics and
Operations and manage all project phases (Design Review, Design Validation,
FAT, etc.).
* Organize and lead both internal and customer kick-off meetings.
* Coordinate periodic project progress meetings with the support team, sharing
project control documents and checklists (Project Issue List, Deviation List,
post-FAT Punch List, etc.).
* Manage communication with the customer, monitoring contractual obligations
together with the Project Assistant and handling any Change Orders, including
their formalization and implementation planning.
