About the Role & Team
The Director Scripted Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering scripted general entertainment content for Disney+. This role supports the VP Original Productions in Italy in overseeing the scripted development and production pipeline, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality series and standalone titles. The position requires a strategic leader capable of aligning business priorities while building and managing key relationships across the industry.
This role will be based in our Milan office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from 100 000 EUR to 152 000 EUR. The final offer within this range will be determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including the candidate's experience and skills. In addition to the gross annual salary, the overall remuneration package may include benefits and other compensation components, such as premio schemes based on roles,
medical, life & disability insurance programs, meal vouchers at 10€ per onsite day, welfare program, Disney+ subscription and Entrance Pass to Parks, in accordance with applicable company policies and collective agreements.
The role is regulated by Dirigenti Industria National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
