Responsibilities
Scripted Sales Support: Walk customers through their options when they are trying to decide which device to buy, using structured processes to successfully seal the transaction.
After-Sales Service: Act as the premier point of contact for order tracking, package delivery concerns, and cancellation or return requests.
The 30-Day Evolution: You will be cross-skilled to handle both sales and service flows after completing 30 days in your initial assignment, ensuring you become an expert across the entire e-commerce lifecycle.
Requirements
Language Skills: Strong C1/Native Italian communication skills paired with a solid B2 level of English.




Operational Skills: Relatably advanced PC knowledge, comfort with standard office software, and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (80% accuracy minimum).
System Knowledge: A natural interest in or familiarity with MacOS and iOS environments is highly valued. No previous customer care experience is preferred or required.
