(JX Executive) specializes in recruitment, assessment and development of Middle, Senior and Top Management in STEM. We are looking for a Bid / Proposal Manager to support a major System Integrator on complex multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end offer lifecycle – from prequalification to final issuance. Maintain supplier register and qualification requirements. Plan tender activities and coordinate milestones. Coordinate cross‐functional collaboration among Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Operations and Finance. Orchestrate contributions for integrated solution development. Analyze technical, commercial and contractual aspects. Provide support to negotiation stages. Prepare business cases and economic models. Define pricing strategy. Identify, assess and mitigate risks. Validate internal offers and give final contract review before handover. Monitor tender performance. Qualifications Must Have Experience managing complex offers.



Understanding of economic‐financial and pricing analysis. Strong cross‐functional coordination skills. Knowledge of contractual terms. Analytical and risk‐management abilities. Fluent in English.
