Reporting directly to the CFO based in the United States and working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel team in the US, you will serve as the legal point of reference for the Group's five European entities.
Key activities include:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts,



software licensing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, professional services agreements, and enterprise contracts.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to facilitate business growth while effectively mitigating legal risks.
- Provide timely and pragmatic legal guidance on contract negotiations, deal structures, customer requests, and commercial risk assessment.
- Advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory, privacy, and compliance matters across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Support international business operations by ensuring compliance with applicable contractual, commercial data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate legal exposure regarding liability limitations, indemnification clauses, intellectual property rights, and data privacy obligations.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and legal practices to
