We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager , reporting directly to the Marketing Director .
In this role, you will lead a broad and strategic portfolio across our flagship seasonal categories, year-round bakery products of brand Bauli. You will define growth strategies, shape the innovation agenda and drive brand leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding business results.
The position is based in Castel d’Azzano (Verona), Italy , while giving you the opportunity to be part of an international organization that values people, diversity, inclusion and employee well-being.

The position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Food Industry .
The expected gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from 70.000€- 80.000€
