Responsibilities
- Manage the early stage of projects, including quotation, risk review during the ITO (inquire to order) phase and involvement in offer creation to the customer.
- Handle constructability reviews; design and release fabrication, construction and general operations specifications.
- Promote a culture of interdependence on HSE and quality, ensuring full compliance with standards and policies.
- Define and monitor performance‑management KPIs to meet operational objectives and secure cost‑savings opportunities.




- Define the production‑engineering strategy and modularisation approach tailored to yard‑based manufacturing conditions.
- Translate design intent into production‑ready engineering packages that account for yard constraints, lifting operations, material staging, ground conditions and mobile workstations.
- Drive the evolution of the yard into a structured, takt‑driven modular production environment, incrementally increasing standardisation, flow and productivity.
- Determine module break‑down structures, assembly sequencing and standardised interfaces optimized for yard fabrication, crane operations and transportation to final site.
- Establish clear, safe and efficient yard production zones, establishing logical material and equipment flow paths for preparation, assembly, MEP fit‑out, finishing and inspection.
- Oversee development of production work instructions, layout plans, BOMs and lift plans tailored to yard conditions and heavy construction processes.
