Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements
- Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices
- Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments
- Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures
- Provide advanced technical support for business‑critical applications,



including Level III post‑implementation support
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem‑resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration
- Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian at B2 level
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Previous experience with data management, APIs, or application testing
- Availability to go to the office once a week
