As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell
Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan
Defining shift schedules on the product lines according to the production plan and operator skills
Managing people presence in terms of vacation, shift change, and hours absence
Achieving the highest safety levels in the production line
Guaranteeing performance KPI targets: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, and DL hours development
Managing training and operator skills to respond to workload needs
Collaborating with other functions (e.g., ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity
Supporting cell leaders in strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision
Fluency in oral and written English and effective communication skills
Good teamwork, mediation, relationship‐building, and influencing skills
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability

Pay Range: EUR43,526.02–59,400 (Italy)
